Delete your account and data

You can delete your Voice Planner account and everything stored with it at any time, without asking us. Here is how — and what exactly gets removed.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

• Open Voice Planner.
• Go to the Profile screen.
• Open Account settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

For security, you may be asked to sign in again or re-enter your password just before deletion. This is normal — it prevents someone with brief access to your unlocked phone from wiping your calendar.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Write to jakubiusz8@gmail.com from the e-mail address tied to your account, with "Delete my data" in the subject. Requests are handled without undue delay. If you write from a different address, we may ask you for something that confirms the account is yours, so that we do not delete someone else's calendar on request.

What gets deleted

• Your account and its sign-in identity.
• All calendar events, tasks, and task lists you created.
• Your settings — theme, language, reminder and quiet-hours preferences, time zone.
• Voice usage counters and your plan record.
• The link to your Google account, along with the stored authorisation for it.

What is not deleted, and why

• Your events in Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Those live in your own Google account, not ours. Deleting the Voice Planner account stops the synchronisation and removes our copy; it does not erase your Google calendar. To remove those, delete them in Google Calendar itself.
• Data on your device. Uninstalling the app removes the offline copy held on the phone.
• Billing records. Subscription and payment records are held by Google Play and, where the law requires it (for example tax rules), may be retained by us for the statutory period. They contain no calendar content.
• Anonymised technical logs that are no longer tied to you and cannot be linked back to your account.

Disconnecting Google without deleting your account

If you only want to stop the Google sync and keep using the app, you do not need to delete anything. In the app, go to Profile → Account settings → Disconnect. You can also revoke the app's access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

Note on anonymous accounts

If you never created a full account, the app used a temporary anonymous account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes your access to it permanently — there is no e-mail or identity left to restore it with. If you want a clean deletion of the stored data as well, delete the account in the app before uninstalling.
