1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
  • email addresses
  • passwords
  • contact or authentication data
  • calendar entries, reminders and task list content you create
  • voice transcripts (text created from your speech on your device)
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Google Play (Google Payments), Apple App Store and RevenueCat. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: https://policies.google.com/privacy, https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store you installed the app from (Google Play or the Apple App Store), with RevenueCat used to verify and manage your subscription status. We never receive or store your payment card details, bank details, or billing address; we only receive a confirmation of whether your subscription is active and which plan it is.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
  • Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's microphone, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
  • Crash Reports. If the application crashes, Firebase Crashlytics (Google) automatically collects a technical crash report: device model, operating system version, application version, the technical stack trace and a random identifier of your account. Crash reports never contain your calendar entries, tasks or voice input. They are used solely to find and fix bugs and are retained for 90 days, after which they expire automatically.
  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes:
  • Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).
  • Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process the personal information for the following purposes listed below. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
  • To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
  • To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.
  • To send administrative information to you. We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.
  • To fulfill and manage your orders. We may process your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Services.

  • To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.
  • To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
  • To identify usage trends. We may process information about how you use our Services to better understand how they are being used so we can improve them.
  • To save or protect an individual's vital interest. We may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
  • To interpret your voice commands using AI. We send the text of your spoken command, the current date and time, and the entries relevant to that command to our AI provider so that it can be turned into a calendar entry, reminder, or task. (Retention period: Voice command text is kept in our request log for up to 90 days for abuse prevention and cost control, then automatically deleted; entries created from it are kept until you delete them or delete your account.)
  • To synchronize your entries with Google Calendar and Google Tasks. If you connect your Google account, we read and write your calendar events and tasks through the Google APIs so that entries you create in the app appear in Google, and entries created in Google appear in the app. (Retention period: For as long as your Google account stays connected; disconnecting stops the synchronization and revokes our access.)

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
  • Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Learn more about withdrawing your consent.
  • Performance of a Contract. We may process your personal information when we believe it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or at your request prior to entering into a contract with you.
  • Legitimate Interests. We may process your information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms. For example, we may process your personal information for some of the purposes described in order to:
  • Analyze how our Services are used so we can improve them to engage and retain users
  • Diagnose problems and/or prevent fraudulent activities
  • Understand how our users use our products and services so we can improve user experience
  • Legal Obligations. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose your information as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
  • Vital Interests. We may process your information where we believe it is necessary to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.

If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.

We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

In some exceptional cases, we may be legally permitted under applicable law to process your information without your consent, including, for example:
  • If collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way
  • For investigations and fraud detection and prevention
  • For business transactions provided certain conditions are met
  • If it is contained in a witness statement and the collection is necessary to assess, process, or settle an insurance claim
  • For identifying injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicating with next of kin
  • If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be victim of financial abuse
  • If it is reasonable to expect collection and use with consent would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the information and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province
  • If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records
  • If it was produced by an individual in the course of their employment, business, or profession and the collection is consistent with the purposes for which the information was produced
  • If the collection is solely for journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes
  • If the information is publicly available and is specified by the regulations
  • We may disclose de-identified information for approved research or statistics projects, subject to ethics oversight and confidentiality commitments

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in Poland and United States. Regardless of your location, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?" above), including facilities in the United States, Ireland, and other countries.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses:

We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers. These clauses require all recipients to protect all personal information that they process originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, please contact us at woznickiapps@gmail.com.

11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. If a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means, we will inform you, explain the main factors, and offer a simple way to request human review. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If you are located in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can make a complaint directly to us. This is in addition to the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority.

If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
  • Log in to your account settings and update your user account.
  • Contact us using the contact information provided.
  • In the app, open Profile, then Account, then Delete account to permanently delete your account and the data stored with it.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

When you delete your account in the application, we also revoke the application's access to your Google Calendar and Google Tasks directly at Google, so that Voice Planner no longer holds any authorization for your Google account. Crash reports held by Firebase Crashlytics expire automatically after 90 days. Subscription records held by Google Play and by our billing provider (RevenueCat) are tied to a random account identifier, contain no calendar content, and are retained only as long as required for billing, refunds and applicable tax and accounting rules.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at woznickiapps@gmail.com.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

13. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. More information is provided below.

15. HOW IS YOUR VOICE PROCESSED?

When you use a voice feature, your speech is converted to text by the speech recognition service built into your device's operating system. The app asks your device to use its on-device recogniser where one is available; where one is not available, your operating system's default speech service performs the recognition, which on most Android devices is provided by Google and may process the audio on Google's servers under Google's own privacy policy. We never receive, store, or transmit the audio recording ourselves, and we do not ship or host any speech recognition model of our own. Only the resulting text is sent to our AI provider so that it can be turned into a calendar entry, reminder, or task. We do not create voice prints, we do not use your voice to identify you, and we do not use your recordings or the resulting text to train any model.

16. GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If you connect your Google account, we request access to Google Calendar and Google Tasks solely to display, create, update, and delete your entries at your direction and to keep them synchronized with the app. We do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with your explicit consent. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your explicit consent for a specific message, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. We do not use Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived, to develop, improve, create, or train any foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence model, and we do not transfer it to any third party that would do so. The only artificial intelligence service we use is Google Gemini, accessed through Firebase AI Logic on a paid Google Cloud project, where under the applicable terms your prompts and responses are not used for model training. When a voice command requires us to identify which existing entry you mean, a short list of candidate entries from your own schedule is sent to that model for that single purpose and no other. For each candidate this is limited to its title, its start date and time, its entry type, and, where one exists, a short excerpt of its description of up to eighty characters; where you have connected Google Calendar, those candidates may include events that originate from your Google Calendar. Nothing is sent to the model unless you are actively issuing a voice command. You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting Google in the app settings or through your Google account permissions page. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, the Google API Services User Data Policy controls with respect to information received from Google APIs. Where this Privacy Notice states that we do not collect information from third parties, we mean that we do not obtain information about you from data brokers, public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, advertising networks, or any similar outside source, and we never buy personal information. Apart from what you give us directly in the app, the only personal information that reaches us from anywhere else is the calendar and task data returned by these Google APIs when you choose to connect your Google account, and the basic account details returned by Google or Apple when you choose to sign in with them; in both cases the transfer happens only because you asked for it, and only for the feature you asked for.

17. WHICH SOCIAL LOGIN PROVIDERS DO WE SUPPORT?

The only social login providers we support are Google (Google Sign-In) and Apple (Sign in with Apple). We do not offer registration or login through Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or any other social network, and we never receive a friends list, contacts list, social graph, or public profile posts from any provider. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive only the account identifier, the email address associated with the account, and, where you allow it, your display name and profile picture. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email feature, we receive the relay address Apple generates instead of your real email address.

18. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Voice Planner is a general-purpose calendar, reminder, and task app. It is not designed or intended to receive special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR, or sensitive personal information as defined under United States state privacy laws. Please do not dictate, type, or import information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, health or medical information, sex life or sexual orientation, precise geolocation, government identification numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, or account credentials into entry titles, descriptions, task lists, or voice commands. We do not request this information, we do not knowingly collect it, we do not use it to profile you, and we do not use it to make any decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If you choose to enter such information anyway, it is treated as ordinary entry content, stored and processed on exactly the same terms as the rest of your schedule and only for the purpose of providing the service to you, and you may remove it at any time by deleting the entry or your account. If you believe you have sent us information of this kind and would like it deleted, contact us at woznickiapps@gmail.com.

19. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. 21. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?

Based on the applicable laws of your country or state of residence in the US, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, details about how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated August 31, 2026

AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Jakub Woznicki, doing business as Woznicki Apps ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Poland at Partyzantów 16, Łódź 94-223.

We operate the website https://voiceplanner.org (the "Site"), the mobile application Voice Planner (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

We provide a voice-driven personal calendar and task planner. You speak or type a request in your own language, an artificial intelligence service interprets it, and the app creates, edits, or deletes entries in your own calendar and task lists. Speech is transcribed by your device's built-in operating system speech recognition service (typically Google on Android, Apple on iOS); the app can optionally synchronize your entries with Google Calendar and Google Tasks and send you local reminders.

You can contact us by email at woznickiapps@gmail.com or by mail to Partyzantów 16, Łódź 94-223, Poland.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Jakub Woznicki, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We will post the updated legal terms in the App and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. If a change materially affects your rights or your paid plan, we will show a notice inside the App before the change takes effect and, where you have given us an email address, we may also send you an email. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated legal terms; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the App and cancel any subscription.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law in your country to residence. Jakub Woznicki and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Łódź, which means that you may make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regards to these Legal Terms in Poland, or in the EU country in which you reside.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services with whom you connected via the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

24. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SERVICES. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

26. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

27. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Legal Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms or use of the Services. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Legal Terms.

28. YOUR CONTENT REMAINS YOURS

All calendar entries, tasks, lists, notes, reminders, and other content that you create, dictate, or import through the App remain yours. We claim no ownership of that content. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence that is technically necessary to host, store, transmit, display, back up, and synchronize your content so that the App can work for you, and that licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies held in routine backups for a limited period. We do not review, moderate, publish, or share your content with other users, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. You remain solely responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of what you enter, and you should not enter content that you are not permitted to store or process.

29. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FEATURES AND ACCURACY

The App uses automated speech recognition and third-party artificial intelligence services to interpret what you say or type and to turn it into calendar entries and tasks. These technologies are probabilistic and can misunderstand words, dates, times, time zones, recurrence, or your intent, and they may produce entries that are incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, or missing. You must review every entry the App creates, changes, or deletes before you rely on it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from an inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, duplicated, deleted, or missing entry, including missed appointments, deadlines, flights, medication, or payments. The App is a convenience tool for personal organization. It is not a professional, medical, legal, or financial advisory service, and it must not be used as the only safeguard in any situation where an error could cause serious harm.

30. SYNCHRONIZATION WITH THIRD-PARTY CALENDAR SERVICES

If you choose to connect your Google account, the App synchronizes entries with Google Calendar and imports tasks from Google Tasks. This feature depends entirely on services operated by Google, on your network connection, and on the permissions you grant. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that synchronization will be complete, immediate, or free of errors. Synchronization conflicts, service outages, permission changes, or changes to Google's application programming interfaces may cause entries to be delayed, duplicated, overwritten, or removed on either side. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data that is lost, altered, or duplicated by a third-party calendar service. You may disconnect the integration at any time in the App settings or by revoking access in your Google account settings.

31. REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Reminders are delivered by the notification system of your device's operating system. Whether and when a notification appears depends on factors outside our control, including battery-saving and background-activity restrictions, do-not-disturb and focus modes, notification permissions, device restarts, changes to the device clock or time zone, and the power management applied by your device manufacturer. Notifications may therefore be delayed, silenced, or not delivered at all. The App is not an alarm, emergency, or safety-critical service, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for the consequences of a reminder that is late, silent, or missing.

32. ACCOUNTS WITHOUT SIGN-IN AND LOSS OF DATA

The App can be used without creating a named account. In that case your data is tied to an anonymous account bound to your installation, and we cannot recover it if you uninstall the App, clear its data, reset or lose the device, or move to another device. Signing in with an email address, a Google account, or an Apple account is the only way to keep access to your data across installations and devices. You are responsible for your own backups, and the App provides an export function for that purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data that becomes inaccessible because the App was used without signing in.

33. USAGE LIMITS AND FAIR USE

Voice and text interpretation relies on paid third-party artificial intelligence services, so the number of interpretations available to you in a given period depends on your plan. The applicable limits are shown in the App and may be changed with reasonable prior notice; a change that materially reduces a paid plan you have already bought will not take effect before the end of the period you have paid for. We may temporarily suspend or slow down access where your usage is not consistent with ordinary personal use, where it appears to be automated, or where it threatens the stability, security, or cost of the Services. We may also terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt to circumvent these limits.

34. CONSUMER RIGHTS, COMPLAINTS, AND WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer, nothing in these legal terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may always bring proceedings before the courts of that country. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content; by starting to use a paid feature immediately after purchase you expressly consent to immediate performance and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once performance has begun. You can send a complaint about the Services at any time to woznickiapps@gmail.com, and we will answer it within fourteen days. Consumers may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution schemes available in their country of residence; in Poland these include mediation and the permanent consumer arbitration courts operated by the Trade Inspection Authority and the free assistance of municipal and district consumer ombudsmen. Because subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, refund requests must also be submitted to the store you purchased from, in line with its policies.

Delete your account and data

Delete your account and data

Last updated: 18 September 2026 · App: Voice Planner (org.voiceplanner.app)

You can delete your Voice Planner account and everything stored with it at any time, without asking us. Here is how — and what exactly gets removed.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

  • Open Voice Planner.
  • Go to the Profile screen.
  • Open Account settings.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm.

For security, you may be asked to sign in again or re-enter your password just before deletion. This is normal — it prevents someone with brief access to your unlocked phone from wiping your calendar.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Write to woznickiapps@gmail.com from the e-mail address tied to your account, with "Delete my data" in the subject. Requests are handled without undue delay. If you write from a different address, we may ask you for something that confirms the account is yours, so that we do not delete someone else's calendar on request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and its sign-in identity.
  • All calendar events, tasks, and task lists you created.
  • Your settings — theme, language, reminder and quiet-hours preferences, time zone.
  • Voice usage counters and your plan record.
  • The link to your Google account, along with the stored authorisation for it. The app also revokes its permission in your Google account (access to Google Calendar and Google Tasks) directly at Google. If the phone is offline at that moment, you can remove it yourself on the Google Account permissions page.

What is not deleted, and why

  • Your events in Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Those live in your own Google account, not ours. Deleting the Voice Planner account stops the synchronisation and removes our copy; it does not erase your Google calendar. To remove those, delete them in Google Calendar itself.
  • Data on your device. Uninstalling the app removes the offline copy held on the phone.
  • Billing records. Subscription and payment records are held by Google Play and, where the law requires it (for example tax rules), may be retained by us for the statutory period. They contain no calendar content.
  • Anonymised technical logs that are no longer tied to you and cannot be linked back to your account.
  • Crash reports. If the app crashed on your phone, the technical report is held by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days and then expires automatically. It carries a random account identifier, not your name or e-mail, and no calendar content.
  • Subscription record at our billing provider. If you ever subscribed, RevenueCat keeps a record tied to a random account identifier so that a purchase can be restored and refunds and taxes can be handled. It contains no calendar content. Write to us if you want it removed as well.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove individual pieces of data:

  • Calendar entries (events, reminders, birthdays and other entries) — open the entry in the app and delete it. It is removed from our servers as well, not only from your phone.
  • Tasks and task lists — delete a single item or a whole list on the Tasks screen.
  • Usage statistics — turn off Anonymous usage statistics on the Profile screen. The app stops sending them from that moment.
  • Anything else — for example a bug report you sent from the app, or data you cannot remove yourself — write to woznickiapps@gmail.com with "Delete part of my data" in the subject and tell us what you want removed. We will confirm once it is done.

Disconnecting Google without deleting your account

If you only want to stop the Google sync and keep using the app, you do not need to delete anything. In the app, go to Profile → Account settings → Disconnect. You can also revoke the app's access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

Note on anonymous accounts

If you never created a full account, the app used a temporary anonymous account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes your access to it permanently — there is no e-mail or identity left to restore it with. If you want a clean deletion of the stored data as well, delete the account in the app before uninstalling.

You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us by using the contact details provided in the section "

14. DO OTHER REGIONS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may have additional rights based on the country you reside in.

We collect and process your personal information under the obligations and conditions set by Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 (Privacy Act).

This Privacy Notice satisfies the notice requirements defined in both Privacy Acts, in particular: what personal information we collect from you, from which sources, for which purposes, and other recipients of your personal information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal information necessary to fulfill their applicable purpose, it may affect our ability to provide our services, in particular:
  • offer you the products or services that you want
  • respond to or help with your requests
  • manage your account with us
  • confirm your identity and protect your account
At any time, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?"

If you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to submit a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and a breach of New Zealand's Privacy Principles to the Office of New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

Republic of South Africa

At any time, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "
HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?"

We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

You can deactivate the connection between the Services and your Third-Party Account by contacting us using the contact information below or through your account settings (if applicable). If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

17. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of Poland, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides information on consumer redress, including a list of dispute resolution bodies by country, which you can access. If you would like to bring this subject to our attention, please contact us.

21. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.

22. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE twelve (12) mONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING. CERTAIN US STATE LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.
